Day 3 in London

Day 1:
Moved in, went around to buy groceries, and went home to cook pasta and chicken with no salt. :(

Day 2:
Free lunch and dinner from nyul! Yess, and we stole a couple water bottles too. :P Free water is good hahah.
Went to a pub at night because our suitemate wanted to go out. Tried Amaretto with Coke and Lime and had a half a pint of Cider. First pub experience! And Alice and I met our first nice Londoner while we were standing in a corner with a huge map because we were lost and didn't know how to get back home after buying tons of stuff for our dorm.

Day 3:
Still have not bought my sim card yet! Don't know when I will... bought a load of books today... it was so expensive. About 200 pounds. :( Sigh. It's also a friday night but Alice and I would prefer to stay inside and bum out instead of go out to a pub... fail. It's ok though, Alice assures me that we'll go out and explore London in time. I'm wondering if we ever will... we're both lazy as hell. ^^''

And even though it's been 3 days, I'm homesick and I wish I was in NYC. :( Hope this feeling goes away soon because I don't think I can just sit and count 3.5 months by... that would be torture. >< I'm also hoping my classes are interesting and fun... but I highly doubt it.
Overall, I'm still pretty nervous about being here. We were bombarded with so much information about traveling, budgeting our money, classes, and trips... I'm overwhelmed.
